이용약관 (Korean)

본 서비스는 월회비 또는 콘텐츠 포인트 결제를 통해 디지털 콘텐츠 및 관련 서비스를 이용하는 유료 서비스입니다. 회원은 본인 계정만 사용할 수 있으며, 계정 공유, 양도, 대여를 할 수 없습니다.

회원은 저작권 침해, 불법 이용, 서비스 운영 방해, 비정상적 접근 등 회사의 운영에 지장을 주는 행위를 하여서는 안 됩니다. 회사는 월회비 미납, 콘텐츠 포인트의 비정상 사용, 저작권 침해, 약관 위반이 확인된 경우 서비스 이용을 제한하거나 회원 자격을 해지할 수 있습니다.

결제, 이용기간, 환불 및 취소 조건은 관련 법령, 개별 결제조건 및 회사의 별도 안내에 따릅니다. 본 약관에 정하지 않은 사항은 관련 법령 및 일반 상관례에 따릅니다.

Terms of Service (English)

This service is a paid digital content service provided through monthly membership fees or content point purchases. Members may use only their own accounts and may not share, transfer, or lend their accounts to others.

All copyrights and intellectual property rights in the service and its content belong to the Company or the rightful owners. Members may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, sell, or modify any content without prior authorization.

Members must not engage in copyright infringement, unlawful use, interference with service operations, abnormal access, or any conduct that may harm the service. The Company may suspend or terminate access in cases of unpaid fees, abnormal use of content points, copyright infringement, or other violations of these terms.

Payment, service period, cancellation, and refund conditions are subject to applicable law, individual payment conditions, and separate notices provided by the Company. Matters not specified herein shall be governed by applicable laws and general commercial practice.
